Gallery or Artist Confirms
The gallery or artist reviews and accepts your order. You are notified as soon as a decision is made, and the artwork proceeds to checkout.

Complete your purchase using bank-grade secure payment processing. Transactions are handled in USD with full multi-currency support for global collectors.
Instant Fulfilment
On successful payment, the artwork is marked as sold, your purchase is confirmed, and the seller's earnings are processed — all in real time.

Shipments are handled by specialist art logistics partners with proven expertise in transporting fine art safely across borders and continents.
Pickup Arranged
A pickup date and time window is confirmed with the seller. All instructions and handoff details are documented for a smooth collection.
Shipping Documents Issued
A waybill and all necessary shipping documentation are generated and shared with both buyer and seller for full transparency and compliance.
